Foreign Currency Account Opening Process
| STEP 1 | Visit your nearest J Trust Royal Bank branch and talk to one of our friendly Personal Bankers. |
| STEP 2 | Complete a J Trust Royal account opening application form in the branch. |
| STEP 3 | Provide a minimum equivalent of US$500 (for foreign currency) as an initial deposit. (And maintain a minimum ongoing balance equivalent to US$500 for foreign currency). |
| STEP 4 | Show valid identification: your national identity card (NID) or passport. * |
*Non-Cambodian citizens must show further identification: a passport with a visa valid for at least six months.

Notes:
- The Bank reserves the right to repay all foreign currency (other than USD) deposits in United States Dollars. Conversion will occur at the Bank's published exchange rates on the day the transaction is executed by the Bank.
- Exchange rates fluctuate. These could have an effect on the credit balances in the customer's account.
- Exchange rate movements mean that foreign currency carries risks. These risks are the sole responsibility of the customer. You should purchase foreign currency products only upon your own independent determination that such products are appropriate for you based on your objectives.

Call us immediately to report lost, stolen or misplaced cards or compromised pin numbers. We can temporarily block or permanently cancel your missing card and organise for a new card to be reissued.
