Terms & Conditions

Eligible for new and existing customer (retail merchant, SME, Corporate) accountholder (KHR & USD) who accept payment from customer via JTR KHQR during campaign period.
To be eligible for monthly rewards, accountholder shall follow the following conditions:

Receive payment via JTRB KHQR at least 30 transactions per month, with a minimum of 1 USD or 4,000 Riels per transaction. Multiple transactions receive from the same user more than three in the same day will be capped at only three per day. Payment or transfer to own account is not counted. Customer shall have monthly average balance of KHR 2,000,000 or USD500 or more to be eligible for this reward category
Payment or transfer to own account is not counted.

Shopping Voucher value of USD150 for Top 10 SME & Corporate customers who have the highest average balance over the 3-month campaign period compared to the ending balance of August 2026

There will be no repeated winners within the same month.
All prizes are to be accepted as it is and non-exchangeable.
Winner’s account need to be active by the date of the Bank credit the cash reward or given the voucher. If not, a replacement winner will be identified.
The monthly cash reward will be credited into customer’s KHR account within 15 working days after the Bank complete the process of identification, verification and announcement of the winners.
The voucher will be given to SME and Corporate customers by RM team after the Bank complete the process of identification, verification and announcement of the winners.
The Bank will NOT require customers to make any payment or deposit to claim the prize under this campaign.
By participating in this campaign, the winners will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their picture, name may be disclosed to the public.
General terms & conditions governing the operational use of the Retail Merchant Account, the SME Deposit Account, Corporate account, and Bakong (fee & benefit) will follow the standard Terms & Conditions of the respective account
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Khmer versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail
J Trust Royal Bank reserves the right at its discretion to terminate this campaign or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
