We offer Visa Credit Cards (Classic and Platinum), Visa Debit Cards (Classic and Premier), and CSS Cards for domestic use.

Visit any J Trust Royal Bank branch, open a transaction account if you don't have one, and fill out the card application form with our staff.

You need a valid National ID or Passport. For credit cards, you also need residential proof and proof of employment/income (employment letter). Non-Cambodians require a passport with a visa valid for at least 6 months.

General card processing times vary by card types between 3-5 days. 

Fees vary by card types:

  • VISA Classic Debit has a USD 0.50 monthly fee
  • VISA Classic Credit has a USD 25 annually fee
  • VISA Platinum Credit has a USD 100 annually fee
  • CSS cards have no annual fee.

Yes, J Trust Royal Visa Credit and Debit cards can be used anywhere in the world where Visa is accepted including ATMs. CSS cards are for domestic use within Cambodia only.

You can activate your card through our JTR Mobile app. 

If your card is lost or stolen, please block it immediately via the JTR Mobile app or contact our 24/7 Customer Care Center at +855 23 999 000 / 11 999 003 / 15 999 074 to report the loss and request a replacement.

If your income has increased or you have maintained a good usage and repayment record, you can request a limit review. Simply visit your nearest branch with updated income documents (such as your latest salary slips) to apply for an increase.
