J Trust Royal Bank would like to inform you of the following changes regarding the DragonPass App (our partner's system), effective upon completion of maintenance to enhance performance and security:
• The airport access balance and remaining balance under the current DragonPass ID will be canceled and will not auto-renew starting from March 2025
• J Trust Royal Visa Platinum Cardholders will receive a new DragonPass ID (eligible for two person usages per entry) to access the airport VIP lounge benefits
• To obtain the new DragonPass ID, Visa Platinum Cardholders may contact our Customer Care Center 24/7 via 023 999 000 or your dedicated Relationship Manager.
Customers are encouraged to request and activate the NEW DragonPass ID before traveling to avoid any inconvenience during your waiting time. Our team is on standby to support and assist you.
