  • Total lucky draw entries will be calculated on monthly and will NOT accumulate to the following month. However, the lucky draw entries will be accumulated from 9 April – 30 June for the grand prizes at the end of the campaign.
  • There​ will​ be​ no​ repeated​ winners within the same month of lucky draw, but winners from each month can be winner at the end-of campaign for grand prize.
  • All​ prizes​ are to be accepted as it is and non-exchangeable.
  • The winners ​will​ be​ identified in an electronic lucky draw on predetermined date by the Bank​ in May, June and July 2026.
  • Prize redemption:
    • Monthly cash prizes: to be credited into customer KHR account within 15 working days after the Bank complete the process of draw, verification and announcement of the winners. Winner’s account need to be active by the date of the Bank credit the cash prize.
    • Grand prizes: the winners will be contacted​ by J Trust Royal Bank within​ 15​ working​ days​ after​ the​ draw completed. The winners​ must​ claim​ the​ prize​ within 15 working days after being contacted by the Bank. If the prize does not redeem during the assigned period, a replacement winner will be identified. The Bank will NOT require customers to make any payment or deposit to claim the prize under this Campaign.
  • By​ participating​ in​ this​ campaign, the winners​ will​ automatically​ be​ required​ to​ participate​ in​ publicity​ activities​ where​ their​ picture,​ name may​ be​ disclosed​ to​ the​ public.
  • JTRB’s staffs are not eligible for this campaign
  • J Trust Royal Bank reserves​ the​ right​ at​ its​ discretion​ to​ terminate​ this​ campaign​ or​ vary,​ delete,​ or​ add​ to​ any​ of​ these​ terms​ and​ conditions​ without​ prior​ notice.
